Carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The best way to contact us to initiate a refund is via email with the order number and words "refund request" in the subject line within 30 days. Include information such as what was faulty or incorrect (photos are always appreciated).
